NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — A man took his clothes off in front of a restaurant in Downtown Nashville after getting fired from his job, according to police.
The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department (MNPD) reported that 37-year-old Eric Hill went back to The Diner twice after losing his job at the establishment.
The first time, Hill parked in front of the restaurant stripping to his underwear and proceeding to gesture at the building saying, "You owe me money," police said.
The second time, the man went into The Diner and the managers told him a trespass waiver was on file for the restaurant. He did not budge and started yelling, "You are going to have to call the cops" and "I'm not leaving," according to MNPD.
Police report he also yelled, "And I need my paperwork so I can revoke my U.S. citizenship."
Police said when they arrived at The Diner, Hill had already left.
