WASHINGTON (7News) — A man was taken into custody Tuesday after crashing into a White House security entrance, according to a spokesperson with the Secret Service.
The incident happened at 15th Street and E Street on the White House complex around 4:30 a.m., officials said.

The driver underwent a medical evaluation. He is facing charges of DUI and unlawful entry, according to the Secret Service.
Authorities are investigating the cause and manner of the crash, including if alcohol may have been a factor.
There were no reports of injuries to Secret Service or White House personnel.
Officials said the driver's actions were not targeted toward the White House.
