The maker of a popular powdered baby formula is voluntarily recalling one of its products due to a potential hazard.
Perrigo Company announced Friday that it has issued a recall for some of its Gerber Good Start Powder Infant Formula.
According to the Food and Drug Administration, the product may be contaminated with a bacteria called Cronobacter sakazakii.
The included formula was made this year between January 2 - 18.
Perrigo says, thus far, it has not received any reports of illness.
