The Birmingham Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a person of interest in connection to multiple burglaries over one weekend in Birmingham. Police have released a single photo of a truck which they believe is connected to the person of interest.
Police said they also believe there is more than one suspect involved.
Detectives are investigating three different burglaries which occurred at businesses between Saturday, Jan. 28 and Sunday, Jan. 29. Police said Omar's Discount Store, 10th Avenue Deli, and a Chevron on 31st Street Southwest were the businesses burglarized.

According to a release from the police department, the suspects backed a vehicle up to the front of the businesses, destroyed the front door then stole the ATM and cash drawers from the business.
