UPDATE: The alert has been canceled.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency has issued a missing and endangered person alert for a 41-year-old man who was last seen nearly three weeks prior to the alert being issued.
The Sylacauga Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating Joshua Bryan Phillips. Police say Phillips may be living with a condition that could impair his judgement.
Phillips was last seen Dec. 15, 2022 around 10:30 a.m. in Sylacauga. ALEA said Phillips is 5-foot-11, weighing 165 pounds with hazel eyes and black hair.
