60-year-old Gary B. Reid, of Hayden, was driving a 2014 Toyota Camry that hit the rear of the school bus before running off of the road and into an embankment. Read more here.

19-year-old shot, killed while traveling on McClellan Blvd in Anniston
The driver of the vehicle told officers he and his friend were shot at while driving north on McClellan Boulevard. Read more here.

Two arrested after man fatally shot outside Bessemer convenience store

Three arrested in connection to Dadeville mass shooting
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency announced the arrests during a new conference Wednesday. The arrests were made Tuesday, April 18 around 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday afternoon.Read more here.
4-year-old girl, woman shot in Collegeville community

THURSDAY, APRIL 20
Suspect shot by Jefferson County deputy
According to a release from the Sheriff's Office, the suspect was taken into custody just after 3:00 a.m. on April 20, 2023 near the Arkadelphia Road exit on interstate 59/20. Read more here.
Three more arrested, six now in custody in connection to Dadeville mass shooting
