Police ask for public's help locating Birmingham man missing since 2018

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBMA) — The Birmingham Police Department is asking for the public's help with locating a missing man who hasn't been seen or heard from since 2018.
The police department said 74-year-oldJerome "Cowboy" Hall's last known location was in the 1500 Block of 5th Avenue North Birmingham.

Hall is described as Black, 6'3" in height and weighs around 190 pounds. He has brown hair and eyes.
Police said Hall usually wears a black cowboy hat, black western duster, and cowboy boots.
