Man charged with 130 counts of possession of child pornography in Cherokee County

A Cherokee County man was arrested on 130 counts of possession of child pornography Tuesday.

The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office said 28-year-oldJustin Glenn Freeman was taken into custody after its investigators received a tip from ICAC (Internet Crimes Against Children) regarding child pornography.

The sheriff's office said it executed a search warrant at a Gaylesville residence.

The sheriff's office said during the investigation, it was discovered that Freeman was in possession of 130 counts of Possession of Child Pornography along with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.

He was transported to the Cherokee County Detention Center.
